Facebook, on the other hand, is even MORE strict than the local goverments about political campaigns on their platform. Zero customer support, denials without proper explanation, and you better hope every admin on your page has the correct address on their ID . . .
Advertising - How We Solved It
Keeping up-to-date with recent political Facebook advertising forums to find current information on having your ad approved. Facebook constantly changes their ad platform, especially when it comes to political campaigns. Cutting through the red tape of Facebook POL ads was one of the most cumbersome tasks, and unfortunately we understand that next month will be different than the last every time with these Facebook campaigns. We did solve the FB POL puzzle and were able to run advertising.
We cannot take full credit for the successful advertising campaign, collaboration with great non-profit locals who understand their town and the politics that surround it was a large factor in the success of this campaign.
Ross did in fact win Seat 1, and is still currently Seat 1.
