Dr. Gray's website was previously created on a Wix builder. The Wix website did not have the functionalities or looks that Dr. Gray inteneded.

Moved domain from previous hosting to Bluehost (more cost efficient)
Installed WordPress, BeTheme, analytic plugins & security plugins
Used their brand colors throughout the entire website
Made information more easy to read
Revisions were requested and revisions were made

Automations - Automated Online Form Submissions

Dr. Gray requested automated intake forms for her clients so that they do not have to fill out paperwork in the office - clients can simply fill out forms on the website from their home or on their phone. Dr. Gray's Intake Portal Here.

Using FormStack - clients can easily fill out the nesissary forms, and the forms are automatically sent to Dr. Gray's office with another copy sent to the client for safe keeping.

CRM - Hubspot

Dr. Gray needed a place to easily store leads and current client information
We created a simple HubSpot build with custom fields relevant to her services.
