SEO - The Challenge
Factronics is incredibly niche, and of course, when you search for "inkjet printer" you will find myriad printers for your home.
Discovering what Factronics's ideal client would search if they were interested in these niche items was a struggle that we eventually did overcome.
If you have ever used an SEO tool before, you know that search terms with very small search volume and high competition is incredibly difficult to perform research on as well.
The learning curve for becoming the subject matter expert on products such as "food x ray machines" was also a challenge that we overcame.
SEO - How We Solved It
- Updated GA3 to GA4
- Discovered what keywords meant the most to Factronics for ranking
- Created compelling articles with SEO in mind
- Successfully ranked in keywords that include their products, some even higher than the product websites themselves.
Google Ads - The Challenge
Factronics has multiple products. Splitting a budget for each product could result in each product only spending less than $5/day each. This would be a massive issue considering CPC for most of these products are around $10. In fact, this is how we found the campaign was managed by a popular fortune 500 digital marketing company that had Factronics in a 1 year contract before us.
